MXGN

Issue 4 profiles MXGN, the Liverpool-based DJ and producer behind the acid-driven track "Bounce Back" (25 million-plus Spotify streams) and releases on labels including NineTimesNine, No Mercy Records, Teletech, and Filth on Acid. In an exclusive interview, MXGN talks about the production belief he held early on that he's since completely abandoned, where he really stands on the no-phones-on-the-dancefloor debate, and what he thinks hard techno's current evolution is gaining, and losing, along the way.
